Weightlifting builds strength, enhances muscle tone, improves bone density, boosts metabolism, and supports overall physical health. It also increases functional fitness, which can improve daily activities and reduce the risk of injury.
We offer small class sizes for personalized attention and tailored instruction, ensuring detailed feedback and dedicated support to help you achieve your goals safely and effectively.
Program Details:
🔹 Session 1: Once per week – Thursdays at 6 PM
🔹 Session 2: Twice per week – Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7 PM
🔹 Open Gym: Every Sunday from 10-11 AM (form practice & make-up sessions)
Over the course of 12 weeks, we'll meet once or twice a week for 60 minutes each session. You'll master the proper technique and form for essential weightlifting exercises, focusing on foundational movements. Our program will help you train smarter, build lean muscle, and accelerate fat loss. Plus, you'll get to keep the weekly programming to continue your progress beyond the sessions.
