This is a 45-minute spin class that incorporates hand weights and focuses on the upper body. Those little weights can pack a big burn! You will be led through a high-rep, low-weight workout targeting the biceps, triceps, and shoulders. Hand weights and bands are provided.

Spin + Sculpt is a fast-paced class that mixes strength building and muscular endurance for a high-intensity, sweaty workout.
You spend 30 minutes on the bike working on cardio and endurance followed by 30 minutes building and sculpting lean muscle.
