Our 45-minute high-intensity signature ride! This is a great workout designed for people of all ages and fitness levels. 

An adventure of leg-pumping, core-stabilizing, and calorie-burning excitement! You decide the intensity. Meet us under the blue lights! 

Sculpt 45 // Group Fitness

This 45 minute class takes place completely OFF The bike. This is a group fitness class with format and focus change up's each class. This class includes strength training, circuit training, high intensity internal training, and much more! Check the Mindbody scedule each week for format info.

SCO Spin + Sculpt 50

Spin + Sculpt is a fast-paced class that mixes strength building and muscular endurance for a high-intensity, sweaty workout.  

You spend the first half of your workout on the bike focused on cardio and endurance followed by building and sculpting lean muscle, off the bike.

We change up the workout, so you'll never get bored or plateau on your fitness journey!
