Mallory is Spin City Oakmont's owner and master instructor. She grew up with a passion for fitness and discovered a love for indoor spinning while studying at Penn State University.
Mallory began with the vision of building studio of inclusion for EVERY BODY, and creating a space for community and friendships to flourish. She combines her love of music, fitness, and human connection to inspire others to make their goals a reality. She enjoys teaching hybrid classes that start on the bike and finish with bodyweight exercises — giving you a total body burn!
Her charm, sass, and use of eclectic music make every ride a party. You'll sweat, laugh, put in some serious work, and leave ready to take on the day!
Erin brings her vibrant personality and infectious smile to her classes. Expect a hype playlist complete with tap-backs, sprints, choreography, and heavy hills.
When Erin’s not spinning, you can find her enjoying a cigar and a cup of coffee with her husband Erik and bulldog Tinkerbelle.
Catch Erin in the saddle Monday’s at 6:30pm and Friday's at 6:30 am!
Music and fitness have been ingrained in Lizzie’s life since a very young age, so what a better place to be than Spin City! Lizzie joined Spin City on opening day and fell in love with the entire spin experience, eventually making it a goal to lead classes as a SCO instructor. After training with Mallory, Lizzie made her debut in May of 2022!
In high school, Lizzie played soccer, was on the diving team, and ran track. In college, Lizzie found a love for running and completed several half marathons, but one of her proudest achievements was dancing in THON for 46 hours in support of pediatric cancer research. Post-college and beyond, Lizzie continues to run for fun, but has found her new fitness niche with Spin City! Musically, Lizzie grew up playing the violin and piano, and was part of Penn States orchestra through college. Lizzie’s musical ear continues to lend itself in creating fun and upbeat playlists for a high energy environment that encourages her riders to challenge their fitness capabilities.
When Lizzie isn’t on the bike, she works as an engineer, loves to be outside with her husband Cory and pup Jessie, and is always planning her next trip somewhere!
A former dancer, Talor now moves to the beat of the music from a bike! After her first class she was hooked and knew she wanted to be one of the instructors who bring the energy and positivity to the amazing SCO family!
Talor brings the choreo & climbs along with a mix of energetic and inspirational playlists - sure to have you feeling like you can accomplish anything! She recognizes the way physical health and mental health are intertwined and loves to make a difference for those she interacts with in both of those ways.
When not on the bike, you can find Talor trying out all the local breweries and spending time with her friends and family! She also loves to read and you’re likely to see her taking walks all around Oakmont when the weather is nice!
