We are NOT working out to get smaller and take up less space. We ARE lifting weights to get stronger, more powerful and more confident in the body we get to live in!! Building muscle will promote healthy bone density, speed up your metabolism, and help lose fat.
BEGINNER SERIES - BEGINS JULY 2024
We will meet once per week over 6 weeks for 50 minutes to learn the basics of strength training. You'll gain knowledge of proper technique and form of movement with programming centered around the most important foundational weight lifting exercises. You will learn to workout smarter, while building lean muscle to lose fat faster! We offer small class sizes for individualized attention & instruction.
The programming is yours to keep each week, and once completing the Beginner Lift Series, you can join the 'Intermediate' 6 week mini series, with 60 minute weight training workouts twice per week in the SCO studio.
If you’re in need of programming, consistency and a major challenge - this one is for you. Invest in yourself to BUILD a strongHER YOU!
*This is NOT a quick fix. This will take time, effort, and consistency. We are ready to walk with you every step of the way!
